Paul J. Martins
President and Chief Executive Officer

Paul Martins has been in the transportation industry for the past 29 years and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at MNX Global Logistics. Paul’s career spans 16 years with UPS, holding several senior level positions including Director of UPS Air Cargo and Director of UPS Airlines. In 2003 Paul joined Mercury Air Cargo as President and COO overseeing their worldwide handling and logistics companies as well as their subsidiary airline sales company, Hermes Aviation. He left Mercury in 2008 to join Towne Air Freight where he served as Senior Vice President as well as President for their subsidiary company, Towne Network Solutions. During his tenure with Towne, Paul helped oversee the growth of this regional trucking company into one of the largest nationwide providers of logistics and air freight trucking services.

Paul served as a Senior Advisor to the Washington, DC based Logistics Capital and Strategy consulting firm and is a featured speaker at many industry association conferences. He is a former board member of the International Air Cargo Association and former Vice Chairman for the board of directors of the Kentucky Special Olympics. Paul is a graduate of the New England Conservatory in Boston and the Executive Leadership Programs at Bellarmine University in Louisville and Emory in Atlanta.

FRED DELEEUW
Chief Financial Officer

Fred deLeeuw joins MNX with over 40 years’ experience in the transportation industry. Prior to joining MNX, Fred was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Southern Air, Inc. where he developed a top tier finance team and coordinated the acquisition of Florida West International Airlines. Before that, Fred served as Chief Financial Officer at Airnet Holdings, Inc., President at Big Sky Airlines Co., and Senior Vice President Strategic Planning at Atlas Air, Inc. Earlier in his career, deLeeuw also served various roles at Vanguard Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Continental Airlines, People Express Airlines and Texas International Airlines.

Fred is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration.

Thomas Belmont
Chief Operating Officer

Tom Belmont entered the express transportation industry in 1983. In the course of his thirty year career, Tom has conducted business in over fifty countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for MNX Global Logistics.

Tom is responsible for all worldwide operations, quality and process improvement at MNX. He is credited with the development and maintenance of a network of service partners, airlines and vendors throughout the world. In addition, Tom led the development of the Transportation Management System and Warehouse Management System at MNX.

With his intimate knowledge of the industry, Tom serves on the board of directors of the Expedited Logistics Association. He has a B.S. from St. John’s University in Jamaica, NY as well as post-graduate course work in Quantitative Analysis.

Nathan Gesse
Executive Vice President, Operations (Americas and EMEA)

Nate joins MNX with more than 12 years of senior management experience in logistics and is a proven leader managing teams in planning, implementation, launch of leading edge processes and solutions, variable cost model logistics and operations reengineering.

Prior to joining MNX, Nate served as Vice President of Operations for the Northeast region for Forward Air Corporation, and Vice President for Operations at Towne Air Freight, where he helped grow revenue by $30 Million over three years while simultaneously directing logistics planning, sourcing, IT and route optimization. Nate is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and post-graduate at the University of Maryland.

Lori Mildren
Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing

Lori Mildren comes to MNX with over 30 years of experience as a logistics industry veteran with a proven track record of success. In her role as Vice President Sales and Marketing, she is responsible for leading and developing the global account management strategy and marketing strategy for MNX. Lori's diverse background in logistics and supply chain coupled with her dynamic management and international experience will serve the customers of MNX well.

Prior to joining MNX, Lori spent over 20 years with DHL serving as Vice President, National Accounts for the Western US, and most recently, served as the Regional Sales Director for the Western US at UTi Global Logistics. Lori holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Counselling from California State University, Long Beach.

Larry Glasscock
Senior Vice President – Global Accounts

Larry Glasscock Joined MNX Global Logistics in January 2010 and is Senior Vice President – Global Accounts. His responsibilities include development of alliance and partnership strategies as well as customer-facing technology and engineering of innovative customer solutions. He has more than twenty five years of experience leading companies through periods of rapid growth and change, serving as CEO and/or President of companies in transportation, telecommunications and data management, gaming, and logistics software.

Larry is a former member of the Expedited Logistics Association, and has also worked closely with the Air and Expedited Motor Carriers and Messenger Courier Association.

Steve Stubitz
Chairman

Steve Stubitz joined The Riverside Company in 2012 and is currently the Chairman of the Board at MNX Global Logistics. Prior to joining Riverside, Steve worked as a Principal on the Operating Team at American Capital focused on information technology and business services companies. Previously, he was the General Manager and Director for Hewlett Packard’s Business Process Outsourcing group. Steve is a veteran of the business services, technology and outsourcing industry and is an expert in leveraging off-shore and near-shore models to improve performance of business services companies. Prior to Hewlett Packard, he served as a senior executive in two startup companies and was at Keane for six years and at IBM Global Services for 10 years. Steve began his career at Accenture. Steve received his MBA, Finance from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business; M.S., Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering, Specializing in Operations Research from the University of Illinois; and B.S., Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Peter Tsang
Secretary

Peter Tsang joined The Riverside Company in 2004 and is based out of their San Francisco office. Prior to Riverside, Peter was Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zurkin and Staff Auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP. Peter received his MBA, Finance and Entrepreneurship from Booth School of Business, The University of Chicago.

Renzo DiCarlo
Director

Renzo DiCarlo is a 20 year veteran of the pharmaceutical industry with broad experience delivering first-in world FDA approved therapeutic drugs and medical devices. As Chief Executive Officer of BioPharma Services, DiCarlo leads a team of over 200 Life Science professionals based in Toronto, Canada with affiliate partners in Europe and Asia, providing clinical trials research (Phases I-IIa), bioequivalence, pharmaceuticals, regulatory data management and statistical services, to leading generic and brand-name pharmaceutical companies worldwide. His teams are involved in the management of numerous studies each year in important research areas, including orthopedics, dermatology, arthritis, diabetes, oncology, and other critical diseases.

Joe Kolshak
Director

Joe Kolshak has over 30 years’ experience in the global freight, passenger and military aviation, aerospace, and MRO industry. Joe was previously President and Chief Executive Officer at Aveos Fleet Performance Inc., Senior Vice President Operations at United Airlines, and Executive Vice President Operations at Delta Air Lines. He is currently Principal at Nottely Aviation.

Brian P. Clancy
Director

Brian Clancy is co-founder and Managing Director of Logistics Capital & Strategy, LLC and co-founder of MergeGlobal, Inc. He has 22 years of experience in providing financial and strategic advisory services, having advised clients on a wide range of strategic issues, including: business strategy, mergers & acquisitions due-diligence, bankruptcy support, customer segmentation, price elasticity, network strategy, capital investment decisions and operational improvement.

Brian is a graduate of James Madison University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy Analysis. He is also a member of The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA), the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), and the Intermodal Association of North America (IANA).
