With 20 years experience in sales, marketing and CRM, Heather is tasked with implementing and facilitating the sales processes for a very dynamic sales organization. Bridging the gap between sales and operations, Heather works to improve the sales team’s ability to maximize productivity and to enable a more collaborative selling environment.
With over 17 years in the logistics space from small-package expedited to global mobility, combined with her extensive consulting and background, Heather constantly challenges and improves internal processes which place MNX in an optimal sales position.
Heather is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University where she studied Business Administration. Heather also holds five Salesforce Certifications and serves as the MNX Salesforce product manager.
