John Directs the day to day activities of a Global Logistics team responsible for all inventory and operational account management tasks worldwide.
John has over 25 years experience in the service parts industry, serving multiple providers specializing in the SPL vertical. John has built global contact call centers, managed client support services departments as well as developing overall inventory processes and performance strategies.
Utilizing his experience in various roles, John is able to work with customers to understand business needs and determine how MNX can best serve these requirements. John is able to provide insight into new programs and systemic capabilities and work across multiple business units to facilitate synergies for his customers.
John earned a Business Management degree from St. John’s University in New York in 1995.
