Kimberly Marcum is currently the Director of the MNX Customer Excellence Center in Columbus, Ohio. Her team is responsible for critical and security sensitive global transportation for numerous industries. She joined MNX with more than 20 years experience in super expedited logistics. Before joining the MNX team she was Operations Manager for Airnet Systems, a small package Aircraft charter company. Skilled in resolving issues with the potential to impact on-time ratios, service level performance, and customer satisfaction. She led a new customer service department with associates scheduling, tracking, and ensuring the on-schedule delivery of time-critical shipments. Communicated directly with high-profile customers to review shipping needs, resolve issues impacting routing and delivery, and ensure optimal on-time performance for express shipments daily.
