Intern at ABX Air (2004-2007) worked directly with the Chief Pilot in handling daily pilot requests and needs, Flight Instructor (2007-2009) instructed students towards their private and commercial licenses, Airnet/MNX since 2009 worked as a CSR in both Life Science and Aviation, Customer Advocate since 2015.

Provide customer support in new opportunities and daily operations. Coordinate/Manage the needs and requests of our customers to MNX Operations and service partners

Bachelor of Science in Technology from Bowling Green State University. Studied to become a pilot. Have commercial pilot and Flight Instructor Licenses.
